Work Table of the YongDa YD series CNC Water Jet
1. The water jet has omnipotent cutting functions. It is used for any plane curve cutting.
2. Reinforce machine tool assures the cutting head does not vibrate during fast moving. The operation is steady, with fast cutting speed and high precision.
3. The screws and guide rails are provided by renowned Germany manufacturers. The X and Y axis apply unique oil dip lubrication, together with water-proof and dirt-proof structures; so as to assure the processing precision of the machine and prolong the life of the screws and guide rails furthest.
4. The cutting head is equipped with reliable, pneumatic, high pressure water switch, which enhances the efficiency.
5. The unique sand valve design enables smoother flow of the sand, more convenient cleaning and the prevention of water leakage.
6. The stainless steel protection cover is dirt proof, waterproof, rustproof, erosion proof and convenient for cleaning; keeping the work table bright all year.
7. There is Flying-arm or Bridge type of structure for working table, Step System or AC Servo System for CNC controller.

NC program software and CNC digital control system.
1. The AUTOCAD software combining with automatic programming software could rapidly produce NC procedure responding to the CNC system.
2. The special communication transfer software realizes fast and two-way transfers between PC and CNC procedure.
3. The new type of CNC system enables the feeding speed of the arc-line cutting to reach 300mm/min; the fast feeding speed is 8000mm/min.
4. The memory of the CNC system is larger, thus is stores more processing programs and the process assistant time is largely reduced.
5. The extensive graphics library contains characters, plants, animals, religious symbols, etc., which saves time spent on designing and drawing.
6. The control panel is fixed with touch switches that are dustproof, waterproof, greaseproof, reliable and durable.

Extra-High Pressure Supercharger

YD-300 Type Supercharger: High pressure system is made of high pressure materials, imported from the U.S.A. It is a standard supercharger, designed and manufactured by ourselves. Hundreds of superchargers have been manufactured and used. After much practice, we've found that the supercharger works with stable performance, is very efficient and is of low cost in use and maintenance.

The full electronic commutation and Wye-Dolta start-up stabilize the pressure of the supercharger.
The security device has the functions of pressure detection, limit alarm, automatic protection, etc.
Continuous hyper pressure boosts the speed and maintains the impeccable cutting quality.
Precise filter equipment in oil inlet and oil back-flow of the hydraulic pressure system, assure oil route clean and fluent.
The precise fourfold water filter series connection is applied. The accuracy of the filter core can reach 0.45UM, so that the water purification is improved, and the life of every part of the pressure booster system is hardly prolonged.
The high pressure sealing washer is made precisely of imported compound materials, hence the sealing performance and life of the product are largely sustained.
All the high-pressure parts are processed by the advanced CNC digital control cutting machine tool, which strictly goes by the special processing technique, assuring higher precision and better commutability of the hyper pressure parts.
The advanced pressure self-adjustment pump assures the continuous and stable pressure of the inlet water.
