The MAX MOBILAIR portable fume collector and dust collection unit is a powerful, self-contained smoke, dust and fume collection system that is virtually plug-n-play, fully assembled and out-of-the-box ready to eliminate hazardous chemicals released during allied processes like welding and grinding.

Featuring dual articulated extraction arms for multiple source capture, incredible air volume up to 2100 CFM, TEFC motors and a high efficiency aluminum (non-sparking) backward inclined blower wheel, the MOBILAIR is ruggedly designed and built to stand up and perform in the harshest environments. Industrial grade combination swivel and locking castors make the MOBILAIR easily maneuverable.

Two cartridge filters feature 370 square feet of filter media,  99% efficient to 1 micron. Reverse pulse jet filter cleaning ensures consistent optimum filtration. These units are equipped with an on-board accumulator (compressed air reservoir) which simply requires the hook-up to readily available compressed air from the shop’s compressor for the filter blow-down process.
