Returns: Authorization must be secured from P.B. Marble Services Co. before

any merchandise may be returned for credit.

Freight charges must be prepaid. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed

on all returns. All this within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Damages: Claims for damages must be filed with the delivering carrier.

Please check all cartons upon receipt for damage

Liability: P.B. Marble Services Co. and / or manufacturer will not be liable for any

injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential arising out of

the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user assumes

all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith P.B. Marble

Services Co. and / or manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace

such quantity of the product proved to be defective provided that such

guarantees or replacement are a stated of policy of the manufacturer.
