Any controversy or claim arising out or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Better Business Bureau Arbitration, and the judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator (s) may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof,"
"NOTICE:BY INITIALING IN THE SPACE BELOW YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE MATTERS INCLUDED IN THE 'ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES' PROVISION DECIDED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATION AS PROVIDED BY CALIFORNIA LAW AND YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY RIGHTS YOU MIGHT POSSES TO HAVE THE DISPUTE LITIGATED IN A COURT OR JURY TRIAL.

When Restoration or Cleaning & Stripping is required ( Wet Process ) Sealing the walls with plastic is necessary. Occasionally some paint or wall paper may come of from peeling the Masking tapes, also it may affect your wood molding, floor or walls (moister). We promise to be very careful with your walls. Moving furnitures will be the home owner responsibility dear home owner please be there to supervise."
This Estimate/Contract is base on drawing measurement the binding contract & Invoice will be base on site measurement.
Acceptance of proposal, and authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outline above.
